hi,

How can we print a stacked GS1-DataBar ?
I think it's the barcode type GS1-128, but how can we 'stack' it?

Wim,

I did some research, and I don't think GS1-128 and GS1-Databar are the same. GS1-128 is a type of Code 128 implementation, while the GS1-Databar appears to be something else. The "stacked" barcode is the "GS1 DataBar Stacked Omnidirectional" barcode, which, unfortunately, our plugin does not support, so you will not be able to use it in PrintShop Mail.

Hi,

Is this still unsupported?
Will it be in a next release?

Wim

Sorry for not replying earlier, this forum is a bit off my radar.

We already support "GS1-DataBar Stacked Omni directional". It's called "Rss-14 Stacked Omni directional" in PSM.

The fact that these are just two different names for the same symbology can be found in the reference manual: http://www.tec-it.com/Download/PDF/Barcode_Reference_EN.pdf.

I don't think there is anything special about the way you should configure it, the barcode will always appear "stacked".
