Kap OL User Registered: 10/20/10 Posts: 80	Hi Can anyone give me any advice on what this error means? I'm getting it a couple of times a day but can't see any patterns between the failed files - yet. I'm creating pdfs to be e-mailed. INFO: Starting conversion... INFO: Initializing PlanetPress Alambic... INFO: Distilling file to 5ADD4D0B70CD45828930DBD0D2A964EF.pdf... DEBUG: %%[ Error: stackunderflow; OffendingCommand: pop ]%% DEBUG: %%[ Warning: PostScript error. No PDF file produced. ] %% ERROR: I1007 : Error while converting to PDF : Error converting file: stackunderflow ERROR: I1005 : Error while processing job; moving file to error folder: 3CAA9DD6.ps INFO: I1023 : Message with unresolved address NOT sent to administrator Thanks

Raphael Lalonde Lefebvre OL Expert Registered: 10/14/05 Posts: 4956 Loc: Objectif Lune Montreal	Kap, Can you give us a bit more information on how you are generating your pdf files? Are you sending data files to Image using a .ptk form? Or maybe you're trying to convert incoming .ps files to .pdf files? Please provide more details. Regards, Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre

Kap OL User Registered: 10/20/10 Posts: 80	Hi Raphaël I've got an XML file going through a design doc (ptk) and being converted into a pdf for e-mailing. This is not a constant error but I do get a couple a day. Thanks
