Hi, Group.

I have a PDF file that has been graphically signed by another application. The image of the signature is a layer in the PDF.

I am picking up that file and converting it to a TIFF image using PP Image and the PDFRunner.ptk form. However, when I run the file through, it drops the signature image off the page.

If I take the same file, open it in Acrobat and "flatten" the file, then process it through PPImage/PDFRunner, it works fine.

So, I am looking for a way in PP to accomplish the same process as flattening a PDF file in Acrobat.

Any ideas?

Thank in advance!

I'm not sure if a multi-layered pdf file will work with a PDF Runner form... It might not be able to properly render the multiple layers.

We'd have to check how your pdf is built, though a script or external program call to Acrobat or Distiller might be required. I suggest that you contact Technical Support, so that they can look at this with you. You may call 1-866-348-5863, or use the web page:
