Dear Sir,

I've one question on server process. Actually, I want create one variable which can be use in all processes under one group.

Group
--> Process [(1)Delivery note - main ]
--> Process [(2)Delivery note - ORIGINAL]
--> Process [(3)Delivery note - CUSTOMER COPY]

For example, I want create a variable called 'ABC' in process [(1)Delivery note - main] and this variable can also be read in [process(2)Delivery note - ORIGINAL] & [(3)Delivery note - CUSTOMER COPY]. Is it possible to do that ?

If create local variable in process[(1)Delivery note - main], it cannot be read in other processes. Any suggestion on it ??

Many thanks !
Best Regards,
Andy...

You cannot create a group variable, but you can create a global variable that will be shared amongst all processes.

There is a Global variables heading in PlanetPress Workflow's Configuration Components pane, immediately below the Processes and Subprocesses headings. Right-click on it and you will have the option to add a new variable to the list.
