Here's a new one:

I'm using 7.5.2.7722 and I'm receiving a multipage PDF as data. Everything in the PP7 looks good, but when I go out to create a PDF, the "fi" in every instance of "Efficient" is replaced with a box--but only on my PP Production server (Windows 2008, 32-bit). On the workstations running 7.5.2.7722(Windows XP SP3) the output PDF looks correct (but has the watermark, so is unusable).

A quick google search reveals some interesting information but nothing I can use to fix this.

That means the PDF you fed to the Create PDF task contains a reference to an external font that is not available on your Production Server. You'll have to find out which font that is and install it on your Production Server.
