Hi guys, can anyone tell me how to backup the sql database that is responsible for all the work? That and any additional files that should be saved too. I need to do a complete reinstall of PSM since the current one has become unstable. I can't seem to make headway with software tools so just need a simple copy/paste approach.

Note: Simply copying the entire "PrintShop Mail Web" folder doesn't work as it copies more than just the data and so any difference in versions after re-installation causes a bigger mess. I just need to backup only the actual work data... urgently.
