I am periodically having an issue with PSM not completely displaying the print driver when I am attempting to print an order.

It is happening across various manufactures (Xerox/Ricoh) and with our virtual printer (Aero Software/Cute PDF).

We have been able to work around the problem by opening a previous order that we were able to print and saving it as the new order.

Any insight is welcomed!

Hi Carla,

I am the tech who connected to your PC to look at the issue.

Have you tried to re-install the drivers like I have suggested?

Since the is only happening to specific drivers and not others, it would be a good step to try to re-install those drivers.

BTW - The call is still open.

After creating a few new orders & testing other drivers & seeing the same results, I have not reinstalled the driver.
