I'm sure there's an actual term for that but it eludes me at the moment....

At some point in time, we're going to probably have all our clients have some sort of process in PlanetPress Configurations. In an effort to tidy up the components menu, could we make it so we can create separate folders under "Process" so if we have 10 processes for XYZ company, it won't be visible if we're not using it? All the XYZ company processes go in one folder, all the ABC companies go in another, etc...

You can multi-select several processes in the Configuration Components, then right-click and select Group. This will create a new level (that you can rename) Under which all selected processes aer stored. You can add/remove other processes to/from the group with drag & drop.
