I am currently having an issue with the modem/famhost site sending multiple files every time it send data. All 5 data files are different sizes. The customer is printing a 5 page document then they are checking the pidget and 5 files come to the server every time. Just wondering if you have any ideas why - it used to work (one pgc file) when we 1st implemented the process.

Sounds like the customer is now checking the pidget for every single page instead of checking it only once for the entire document (which I presume is how the workflow was originally built).

Double-check with your customer and make sure they only tick the pidget once, when they actually want to upload the file to the modem.

it was a setting that was changed in the modem that famhost had to change.
