Hi,
I would like to know if PP Office supports the following case:
The design form has 3 pages (3 copies), with each set to a different input tray (1, 2 and 3 respectively)
the 3 pages should be stapled at the output.
The workflow process will use Windows printing to print on a Canon Production printer.
When using Windows printing, does the finishing settings in the design have any effect?

Hi Farid,

Unfortunately, when using Print Using a Windows Driver, the driver's settings will override whatever paper handling commands you have, so your setup will not work.

Some drivers do allow you to setup some individual page settings, such as trays and other settings. If your driver has such features, what you could do is use a splitter to split your data every records, then use the driver's feature to setup specific trays for specific pages. Note that this will only work if the jobs always generate 3 pages, and only if you split beforehand. And obviously, it all depends on whether your driver supports this or not. Many drivers don't have such feature, so this may not be an option.

After conducting more tests I realized that the paper handling features like tray selection work in PP Office only when the windows printer driver is Postscript.
