Hi,

Using Planet Press Design 7.2.1.5895. I need to add a new host to send a form to Planet Press Workflow. The host is on a different subnet and does not appear when Refresh is clicked. The Help file says that you can click the "Add New Host" button next to the refresh button, but there is no button to add a new host. Is there any other way I can get Planet Press Design to see this host?

Thanks,
--Lance

Hi Lance,

The "Add New Host" button was added in later versions of the PlanetPress Design, and it might not be available in 7.2.1. I would suggest to upgrade to 7.5.3. (you should also upgrade the Workflow if you upgrade Design)

If you don't want to upgrade for now, then you'll need to do "Save to file" to save the .ptk file on your hard disk, then manually transfer the .ptk file to the Workflow server and from Workflow do Import->PlanetPress Document. Not as convenient, but it will work.

Raphael,

Thanks for responding. We are in the process of upgrading, but needed a solution that worked now for our current version. And as I was playing around with this some more, I realized the workaround you suggested. That will suffice until we are fully upgraded.

Thanks!
