Hi
I have a text file as the data source but instead of each record being a row, all the records and fields are listed vertically, with variable number of fields per record. Is there any way to deal with the data source as it is?

Please help
Thanks
Una

Hi Una,

Unfortunately, PrintShop Mail isn't really designed to deal with vertical data and variable number of fields. The way you describe it, it sounds more like transactional data where you need to display several lines of data, possibly overflowing on multiple data pages. PrintShop Mail is not designed for this type of data.

Una,

If you have excel you can use it to Transpose the data. Pull the data into excel, highlight and copy it, select a cell to paste it into, right click and select paste special, and choose transpose.
