PReS is able to work with single byte, double byte and Unicode text. The output language may have some impact on ability. META output, for example, would not be conducive to Unicode output.
As to which fonts are usable by each data type, that is dependent upon the font structure. For example Arial does not support all the same glyphs that Arial Unicode does, therefore some errant results would be expected when using Arial with Unicode text. The use of Character map (from Windows) can help identify what glyphs are included in said font.
All this is explained in the online help(F1) of PReS.
As for which of the above named spoken languages can be facilitated, they all should be possible from a single file with the use of Unicode.
A sample script was provided, demonstrating basic Unicode and multiple spoken language output.
