Hi

We’re trying to hook up Printshop Mail with the network license manager.

Unfortunately, our network is structured in a way so that our servers are in one IP range and client PC’s in another.
My client machine has IP: 10.11.1.X and the PSM license server has IP 10.10.202.65. The two networks are interconnected, and traffic flows freely in both directions – however, broadcasts/multicast do not work.

Is there a way to tell the PrintShop mail application to connect to a specific license manager IP rather than trying to autodiscover the IP?

In order to get the license manager to work, all of the PC's have to be on the same subnet.

If they are not on the same subnet - it will not work.

That means that your client machine will have to be on the 10.10.202.x subnet.

Best Regards,
