Hi there,

We need to print text boxes (with borders) containing variable fields on the condition that the field isn't blank in the data source. We also need to overflow text from one layout to another (basically from the front sheet of a duplex job to the back) depending on how many of these bordered boxes we've printed.

So effectively we want to end up with a table that varies in height/width depending on how many cells are populated and also letter text which starts in one layout and *might* flow into another if the table is big enough.

Is this possible and if so can anyone give me some pointers as to how ? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Ewan

Hi Ewan,

Unfortunately, PrintShop Mail has limited capabilities for transactional documents, it's more designed for promotional data and the like. Data overflow to another layout is not possible, and conditional text boxes aren't possible either. (you can conditionally change it's content, but not whether the box is executed or not)
