I just installed the software, and went to activate it. I successfully completed the Web Activation, and entered the Activation Code in the software.

I clicked OK and got an error message "C0000: Unable to save Activation Code: Access is denied."

I also tried downloading the zip file and importing the registry values. The values were saved to the registry, but the software still does not recognize the Activation.

The computer is Windows 7, and the user is setup with administrative right.

Please help.

Hi Jim,

Double-check that your user has proper admin rights. Maybe try starting EnvelopeNOW by right-clicking on it and doing "Run as Administrator", and see if that helps.

As for not seeing the activation despite having imported the registries, did you run the correct .reg file? For activation of our products, there's usually a 32 bits and 64 bits registry file, because it's not saved in the same key. Make sure you picked the right one.
