Double-check that your user has proper admin rights. Maybe try starting EnvelopeNOW by right-clicking on it and doing "Run as Administrator", and see if that helps.
As for not seeing the activation despite having imported the registries, did you run the correct .reg file? For activation of our products, there's usually a 32 bits and 64 bits registry file, because it's not saved in the same key. Make sure you picked the right one.
