Hi Raphael,
When i try to save the template in the RIP the confirmation page show this message: PLanetPress can not download the variable content document. How i can fix this problem and save the template?

Hi diego,

I can think of a couple reasons why this could potentially happen:
- The RIP might not be able to store files other that print jobs like a printer hard disk can. Consult your RIP's documentation or call your manufacturer to see if that might be the case.
- PlanetPress might not be able to connect to the RIP. It could be a problem with user rights. Make sure you are using an account with admin rights.
- There might be something preventing compiling the PlanetPress document. Are you able to preview correctly? Are you able to send it to PlanetPress Workflow, or to another printer maybe?

If that doesn't help, then I would suggest contacting our Technical Support department, and have them look at this with you. You may call 1-866-348-5863 to open a support ticket.
