joe OL Newbie Registered: 12/10/10 Posts: 8 Loc: germany	Hello! After updating psm on one machine this morning, we can only use the designer mode (25 prints). Dongle is found, but psm says, it expired. On my colleague's pc (not updated) everything works fine. Any suggestions? kind regards joe

Tina OL Newbie Registered: 12/15/10 Posts: 25 Loc: Chicago, IL USA	If your OL Care is expired the dongle will not except updates or upgrades. Go to the Help Menu - Credit Information and check the expiration date. If it is expired contact your sales rep to re-enter into OL Care.

joe OL Newbie Registered: 12/10/10 Posts: 8 Loc: germany	thanx for your quick reply. Ol Care expired in june 2012. It worked properly until this one update this morning, PSM updated several times over the last years without any trouble.

joe OL Newbie Registered: 12/10/10 Posts: 8 Loc: germany	Problem solved. Removed PSM 7.2.5, installed version 7.2.4 again. Now Dongle is fine.
