However, they are commercial products that requires you to have a license to use those softwares, not just a plugin that you can download for free. I don't think there's any free software for address cleaning, since those requires constant maintenance of an address database. You may want to speak to your ol sales rep to see what's available for you in the UK, as far as address cleaning softwares/plugins goes. Regards, Raphaël Lalonde Lefebvre
