I am creating a design where I need to apply other conditions based on the Order # changing. I have created a condition of 'On value change' with the Override Mode set to Data and selected the area where the Order # is on the page. When I scroll through the pages, the Condition always shows as green, even when the Order # hasn't changed. Since the Order # doesn't change on some pages, shouldn't the condition show as red?

I know it is reading the text properly because if I do a text based condition for an Order #, it goes from green to red when it doesn't match the Order # typed into the condition.
