The issue is that you're using Office 365. We currently do not support Office 365 and our current implementation of communicating with Office is simply unavailable in that version.

Another important consideration for Outlook is that some third-party Outlook add-ons won’t work with Office 365. Many of the Outlook add-ons (such as antivirus software, message archiving software and so on) are based on Messaging Application Programming Interface (MAPI), and Office 365 doesn’t support using the MAPI stack. As such, MAPI-based utilities won’t work with Office 365.
Note, however, that Office Professional Plus 2013 *does* work, it's specifically the 365 version that doesn't. The difference is mostly in the installer, 2013 can use the full installer that includes MAPI support, 365 uses the click-to-run installer which does not.
