We have a machine that had PlanetPress Design and Production installed. Both programs would throw errors when trying to close the applications. Unfortunately, I didn't have the opportunity to document the errors as I wasn't the one who encountered them.
Our IT group subsequently uninstalled PlanetPress with the intention to reinstall, however very early in the install (note that this occurs with trying the Web and the Offline install) we get the following error message: "PlanetPress Suite 7 has encountered an error and has to close. Please contact your resellers."
Does this have to do with the fact that software was previously installed? Maybe it's not completely off the system? Any ideas as to how we can rectify?
