Farid OL User Registered: 05/15/03 Posts: 100 Loc: Montreal	Hi, The Capture Field Processor is generating the following error: ERROR: W4030 : Error while executing plugin: Unsupported protocol version: 60.63. PP version: 7.6.1.9352 Pen Director version: 2.6.0.732 What could it be? Thanks.

Philippe F. OL Expert Registered: 09/06/00 Posts: 1984 Loc: Objectif Lune, Montreal, Qc	That's usually because it is attempting to process the XML request that was sent instead of the PGC attachment.
