Just ran across this plugin page for PlanetPress V8:

http://help.objectiflune.com/en/#ppc

I see one of the often requested V7 features has been added - SFTP/FTPS upload and download.

That's pretty cool. When installing the MSI, though, it doesn't register them as plugins in V7 (not that I expected it to, but thought it would be great if it added them to both V7 and V8 Workflow).

However, if you do the following:

Copy the SecureFTP folder and the OuputSFTP and InputSFTP dlls
from
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Workflow 8\Plugins
to
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\Plugins

The plugins do show up in V7 and work!

So my request would be, since these work in V7 could these plugins also be added to the V7 plugin page? That way they could be officially supported.

Thanks,
-Nate

Hi

I appreciate this is a bit of an old thread but I've just seen this. When you copy the DLLs across whereabouts do the plugins show on the plugin screen. I've done this and restarted the config but no sign of them.

I believe they should show up under a question mark category in the plugin categories.

Note this was tested nearly 2 years ago with a much earlier version of Workflow 8. This may mean the "hack" from back then no longer works with the newer version.

If it doesn't show up I'd recommend just downloading WinSCP and using it via command line. (If you look at the SecureFTP plugin that's all it is; WinSCP that been integrated into a plugin.)

Command line isn't quite as handy, but it will work.

Hope this helps!
