Our tech team built a package to install Planetpress from 'Run Advertised Programs' and we are testing it. We are able to download all Planetpress software components when executing the package. Watch and Design open up stating that the software is expired, which is expected (we are going to do a license transfer). When we open Image and Fax, we are given "User Account Control" messages requiring an administrator password. They are requiring admin rights to open? Can you confirm that Image and Fax need admin rights and what exactly they need admin rights to do?

We are on Planetpress Version Thanks!

Hello KDWiley,

Keep in mind that the Image and Fax icons lead to simple configuration pages that essentially are a subset of the User Settings in Workflow.

As far as I know, since Image and Fax are essentially an intergral part of Workflow, they do have the same requirements as Workflow - which does need administrative rights. Since all this is refering to the "PPWatch Service", Administrative rights are required to modify and control this service.
