Hello, I have 4 SPL files in this directory that take up about 11GB of space. Can I delete them? Here is the directory.

C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\Messenger\In\image

Those are jobs that were sent to PlanetPress Image but were not yet processed by it (either because the service isn't started or because there was some kind of issue). If you delete them, you won't have a record of them, but perhaps you resent them already at some stage.

Either way, you should first check if the service is running properly and perhaps just zip them up and store them in a backup folder somewhere before deleting them.

Ok.
What about this folder:
C:\ProgramData\Objectif Lune\PlanetPress Suite 7\PlanetPress Watch\pplpr

Can I clean this folder out as well?

Yes. Those are jobs that were intended for a LPR destination but were never actually sent, probably because the address was incorrect.
