I am looking at doing a rebuild/refresh of the PPSearch database. The issue I have, is not all the files have the same document name and this is causing confusion with the users. I have the years separated as needed, but the years have different document names. for example
\2002\bob's_01-01-2002.pdf
\2003\report_01-01-2003.pdf
\2004\bob's_report_01-01-2004.pdf

These are the same style/type's of reports, but the naming convention of them is out of sorts. My question(s) is/are this....

1) Is there a way to change the PDI's to reflect the information in the current reports, so all the documents over the years have the same type of naming convention?
2) Is there a way to change the PDF's so when a rebuild is done, the reports will all have the same type of document name and not the mismatch I have now?
3) Is re-sending the raw data for each of the years, my only hope/salvation?
