I have a process that begins with an Email Input that was just switched from using a POP server to using Outlook due to moving to Office 365. Normal email messages received in this account contain a PDF attachment.

The issue I'm having is that if the body of the email contains any graphic images (such as a company logo in the signature), PlanetPress is picking them up as the attachments and not grabbing the actual PDF attachment that is needed. It also appears that PlanetPress will process the same file multiple times (I've seen up to three for the same signature image).

If the email doesn't have any graphic images in the body, then the PDF attachment is picked up and processed.

Any ideas?
