What printer you've selected? Maybe it's not accessible? Or try to change the printer.

Hi Ivan, this is apparently a known issue caused by certain Windows updates.

Removing:
windows7 KB3177725
windows 10 KB3176493

Has solved the problem in the past. Not sure which update for Windows Server 2008 R2 may be the problem though.

That known issue was caused by a bug in a security update that was pushed out in August 2016. I wouldn't recommend trying to uninstall anything, just make sure your system is up-to-date. Microsoft fixed that issue in September 2016:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help...s-are-installed

If the problem persists even when your system is up-to-date it must be a different issue.
