Hi, I'm relatively new to this, and here's what I need:
I have a form set that has a banner, cover page, main page, and trailer. Banner and trailer print once per run, cover prints once per record, and I need the main page to print 4 copies per record. I have the banner/trailer and cover page process down pat, just not how to get the multiples. I'm not sure where would be best to try to accomplish this, and have not been able to find any resources to point me in that direction.

Any tips?

Those 4 outputs pages, do they have to be the same?

Yes, they are identical prints (copies) of the page.

You should set-up that specific form page as an overlay. To do so:

Double-click on the form page which is your main page.
Select "Overlay" under the "Page type" field.
Create 4 more form pages. On each of them:
- Double-click on the form page
- Select the "Overlay" in the tree list
- Check your "main" page either in the "Underlay" or "Overlay".

Note that at this point there is no difference using either "Underlay" or "Overlay" since your page are exactly the same. If you were to add somthing on thoses forms pages, then "Underlay" would be put "under" and "Overlay" "over".

Of course....This is why using an overlay is so awesome. What has been done on the main page will serve as a background for those new pages.

OK, so now I have another question. I have a single cover page, and the multiple additional pages will have different data on them (such as one person having different employers for questionnaires). How do I handle this one? Can I use the overlay in the same manner?

Whatever they share as content, meaning that is the same on all pages, put it into an overlay page. Then apply that overlay to all form pages. Then on those form pages, you add what is unique to each of them.
