Dear all,

I have an issue working on Place Variable Text. Some of the data display improperly or truncated.
I have a A4 page size with 6 Place Variable Text blocks. They have the same setting (by copy & paste) and same variable data. One the same page, some Text blocks didn't display correctly (or some characters were truncated). I have around 1% of records having this problem.

I use font Adobe Garamond Pro Bold
The setting of the Text blocks are:
Width 30mm
Height 9mm
Alignment Centred
Horizontal Left
Vertical Centered
Reduce Font Sizes Yes
Minimum Font Size 4.5
Allow Line Breaks No

Hope you can help to explain or tell me how to fix this issue.

Many thanks,

RickH

I would suggest to open a support ticket either on the Web support for PrintShop Mail or through phone at 1-866-348-5863.
