PlantPress each day is asking for the license key to be activated. The user inputs the keys and it is good until the next day when it asks for it all over again. Is there a specific cause for this?

Hi Bobby,

Is PlanetPress installed on a Terminal Server environment that allows for multiple users to connect at the same time? This type of environment is not supported, and can cause all kind of problems, including problems with the magic numbers resetting. You might want to either disable it, or make it so that you can only RDP one user at a time.

Other possible causes could include installing PlanetPress on unsupported environments, or the hardware changing/being faulty, or problems with regionnal settings that could reset the magic numbers... there's a few possibilities. If the Terminal Server isn't the answer, I would recommend contacting Technical Support, and have a technician look at your system to determine the issue's cause.
