When creating a COTG web-form, we can add a camera button that allows a form to send photo-data to the workflow.

My question is, can the widget send multiple photos? or do you need multiple widgets in order to support multiple photos?

By default, the widget will only allow you to take one picture at a time. So you will need more than one widget if you want to take multiple pictures. Adding a second or third camera widget shouldn't be an issue, but if you need to have the option to take an unlimited amount of pictures, then you might need to build some custom code to dynamically create a new camera everytime a picture is taken. I unfortunately don't have an example of this for you, and you'll need some knowledge of web programming to accomplish this.
