Hi all,

Having an issue with PSM7 (Windows 10 64bit) on our new Canon C8000, when printing out of PSM7 all of the variable data prints but the PDF artwork does not.

The printer spits out essentially a blank page with just the data printed.

Any ideas as to why the artwork will not print along with the job?

Try: Layout > Verify Document. Any detected problems should appear in the Verification Result panel.

Perhaps the PDF permissions are set up in such a way that printing is not permitted. If that is not the case, try Save as PDF - if that looks correct the problem may be specific to your printer or to the print technology you selected.

Solved:

It was indeed the print drivers for the C8000.

All is well.
