We are using PSM 7.2.8 and we have switched to new printers, sending the jobs the way we have been has caused an issue. PSM is sending over postscript files but after we take a sample for approval and start long run the variables will drop characters and change symbols. We even have an issue where the data is used in three places throughout the letter but in the one BOLD area it drops the dollars sign and changes it into another character but when we delete the bold it has been running correctly. Has anyone experienced a similar error with variable data?

User has opened a support ticket with us and this issue is being investigated internally.
