On Create a project, it allows selection of Hardware, selection of fold type, allows the browse button to be selected and then navigate to the selected file.

once open button is selected, the PPEnvNOW Error box appears. with the below data in the problem description.

I have tried re-installing and repairing.

The Laptop it is installed on is a Dell Latitude E7470
Windows 7 Enterprise - Service Pack 1 64 bit. This has a corporate image installed :-(

I have full admin Rights.

In addition, I also have Planet press Suite 7 installed on the same laptop which works OK. (Could there be a clash causing the issue)

Any ideas?

Hi Oddjob,

It's going to be very difficult to troubleshoot this over the newsgroup, we need to have someone connect to your machine to take a look. Therefore, I recommend calling our Technical Support, and they will be able to assist you with this issue.
