I'm a newbie to PP Designer, yet an experienced Web Developer (30+ Years). I'm importing / cleaning up Customer Data from over 100 Locations (about 1 dozen Brands [Subsidiaries]).

After assigning a Barcode, I Export - we create data in 3 Sections of our XML / Text file:
1 - Main Statement
2 - Detail Lines (could be 0 to ???) - subsection to 1
3 - Payment Plans (could be 0 to ??) - subsection to 1

Any suggestions on how to break the 3rd section down (on to a separate (back page from Page 1. If no Payment Plans, back of Page should be blank)?

-define a global variable &plans_exist defaulting to false
-have a 'PPTalk before' or a script object somewhere saying 'if xmlcount('/data/plans/') (or whatever how your xml is setup) ne 0 then &plans_exist true
-have two pages in your document, one for Main+Detail and one for Plans, so you can put the condition =&plans_exist on it.

depending of your xml,that should be quite straightforward.
