In a process, data that are retrieved from PlanetPress Database are output and formatted as PDF files. The PDF files are saved in a temp folder and each file is named as %{ShipMentNumber}.pdf while %{ShipMentNumber} is local variable.

Each file is then being evaluated. If the condition is met, a Folder Capture will retrieve the file %{ShipMentNumber}.pdf and it will be sent to a IN folder.

However, the Folder Capture plugin sometimes does not find the file though the exact filename is in the temp folder. See the example below:

DEBUG: Mask: %{ShipMentNumber}.pdf
DEBUG: Parsed mask: 69245.pdf
DEBUG: Number of masks: 1
DEBUG: Using mask: 69245.pdf
DEBUG: Plugin Folder Capture found no data to capture - 04:05:27

69245.pdf was the file to capture and it was in the temp folder but the plugin didn't find it.
Sometimes the plugin worked but sometimes not. What could be the problem? How can I make it work all the time?

Thanks,

The case has been resolved.
It is likely that when the Folder Capture plugin is executed, the file is not there yet.
A Watch.Sleep that pauses for a few seconds before the Folder Capture plugin is all it needs.
