I'm currently trying the following workaround in script for Workflow for reducing the processing time caused by mapping PDFs directly into a Design file:
==================================
var fs = new ActiveXObject('Scripting.FileSystemObject');

var originalPDF = Watch.ExpandString('%{MergeFolder}'+Watch.ExpandString('%o'));
var currentPDF = Watch.GetJobFileName();

var pdf = Watch.GetPDFEditObject();
pdf.Open(originalPDF, false);
pdf.MergeWith2(currentPDF, 1.0, 1.0, -5.0, -5.0, 1.0);

pdf.Save(false);
==================================

My issue is that the PDF that the client is providing us is running too close to the left of the document for print [it keeps getting cut off] and we'd been adding an offset to shift it over to the right in Design. I tried adjusting the parameters within MergeWith2 and it didn't seem to change anything with the output and there didn't seem to be anything else in the PPAlambic library that would get the result that I need.

Is there any way I can implement this horitzontal shift from within script/Watch or is there potentially another fast way to append the contents generated in the Design file to the document that would still be relatively fast?

Thanks.
