Hello!

I'm generating a QR-Code out of a longer URL (the link changes for every database entry). In most cases there is no problem with the code, but sometimes PSM shortens the link by a few character and the QR-Code doesn't work anymore.

Does anyone know why PSM is doing this?

Thanks in advance!

Can you reproduce it at will?

Yes, I can. Unfortunately I can't share the links here due to privacy policy.

I was hoping that someone already had a similar problem and there is a known solution.

Can you mock-up a similar link without privy info in it? Just so we can investigate.

I just found a solution ...

I set the type of the database entry manually to "Text". When I set it to "Memo" the link is correct.

No idea why PSM handles the text-type wrong, but at least it's a solution.

Thanks anyway!

Just like that, it might be that Memo has a length higher for its field then Text. I haven't checked but that would make sense.
