Dear all

i have Planet Press Office release 7.2.9999.

i created a PDF but when i try to print it with "print with a windows Driver" it gives me this error:

W3001 : Error while executing plugin: The specified print range (0-9) is invalid (error 102)
Print with Windows Driver: W1603 : Plugin failed

if instead of printing it from a windows driver, forwarding it to a folder, the pdf is correctly created and displayed.

Could someone helps me with this topic?

Hi mdl683,

It's hard to say exactly why the Print using Windows Driver doesn't like the pdf, as this depends on several factors, such as how the pdf is built, it's content, what printer driver you use, etc...

However, there might be a workaround. It seems like you do Create PDF, followed by Print Using a Windows Driver, most likely using "Auto-Detect". Instead of doing that, try to remove or disable the Create PDF, and in the Print Using a Windows Driver, instead of Auto-Detect, call your .ptk file. Sometimes, that may work better than using "auto-detect".
