I am a current PSMail 6.1 customer and it does what I need it to do. My company wants me to upgrade my computer to Windows 10 so I am evaluating PSMail 7.2.9. Just installed it today for a trial test. When I start a job with a PDF the document size is the same as the PDF and the software fills the entire monitor screen. As soon as I link to a database the software shrinks to half the screen size and the PDF reduces also (but stays at the same size in inches) but the document stays the size it was, so now is bigger than the PDF. An 8.5x11 document goes to a 12.5"x17" even though the PDF is still 8.5x11. When I make a variable text box the size I want it thinks it should be bigger and the text gets cut off. I did not have support for 6.1 and will not buy support for 7.2 until I know it works. Support will not help me and wants me to ask this forum for an answer. Help!?!?

I'm not sure what is going on there, but we recently encountered a similar scaling issue in a different application and perhaps the same solution applies here.

- Find PSMail.exe in your installation folder
- Right-click PSMail.exe, select Properties
- In the Compatibility tab, place a checkmark next to "Override high DPI scaling behavior"
- Change that setting to System (the default value is Application)
- OK

Hope that helps!
