I am running out of space on a drive and noticed that I have about 18GB of files like ########.ps all about 11.5MB in this folder. In just briefly glancing at the datres they go back a few years, at least.

Can i just delete these files to free up the space?

also how can I find out what i throwing these errors?

These are files that PPImage has failed to process for some reason. You can find the reason by looking in the Image log for the appropriate time. You can safely delete them if you wish, or reprocess them if you wish (move them to the Image\In folder).

I had the same situation.
1. Check out your RAM. The recomandations are 8G.

It happened with me because my process contained more than 100 layouts.
I just splitted them into two processes and it went well.

All the best

I appreciate the information. I am looking to replace the machine in the near future so I will make sure we have enough RAM.

It usually is when PPWatch, as a service user, doesn't have proper rights to access that folder. Make sure that the user under which PPWatch is running has proper read/write access rights to the problematic folder.
You can look at which user PPWatch is using by going in PlanetPress Watch configuration tool->Tools menu->Configure Services...

You can also look at any and all error in PPWatch in our knowledgebase.

Many thanks, I've had a look at the knowledgebase and it says that: Make sure the user has all the proper rights and the disk has enough free space available.

Do you know how to do this?

The rights of the user, that is a questions for your IT team.

The amount of disk space left:
Open Windows Explorer, right-click on your C: drive (provided that your PPWatch is installed on it) and select properties.
