BBC OL Newbie Registered: 01/17/19 Posts: 2	Hello, i use print shop mail version 7.1.3. after i reinstall window XP and back to use PSM. When i input PDF file it always show "Fail to open PDF" dialog box and didn't show anything. by the way, if i input jpeg file it's ok. How can i solve this problem? Thank you

Sander vd Berg OL Expert Registered: 06/10/08 Posts: 207 Loc: Objectif Lune NL	Did you reinstall PSM after reinstalling Windows? The PSM installer installs some support libraries in the Windows folder and by reinstalling Windows those libraries may have been deleted.
