Hi all,

First of all, I am happy to have found this forum smile

I have a question (of course) wink

You see, I need a layout, which contains a letter to a client. This letter is single sided and on top there will be the address.

However, on the same page there should be a list of members who belong the the person to whom the letter is written.

For one client it could be 10 lines of members, another one may as well have 55 members.

My question is two-fold:

1) I use MS-Access as database. How should I arange the tables? One table is the adresses of the clients, another table would hold the members of eacht of these clients.... should I make a relation between those two in access?

2) How can I create a layout in such a way that records only proceed when all members are displayed on a list?

So, I need a letter and a variable list. Can this be done in PSM?

Realy hope there is a solution.

Best regards,

Jan

Not having access to your DB makes kind of hard to test and found a working solution.

I suggest to open a technical ticket on our website.

This way, a technician will be able to remote at your site and work with you in this.
