In my workflow, I take in a PDF through folder caption, create 4 variables based on 4 pieces of data from the PDF, and then use the "Create File" option to add those 4 variables to a text file, which is saved to a folder on the computer.

The goal is to drop 40-50 files a day and record the information into a .txt or .csv.

The first record looks great. However, subsequent records has a weird symbol in front of the first data element (Letter T with a circle above it). When I copy/pasted the symbol into Microsoft Word, it seemed to be a page break.

Thoughts?

Would you happen to have a separator string of \014 by any chance? That is a form feed you are seeing. ;-)

I am not.

The following is what I have in the "Create File" properties:
%y%m%d.txt,%O,%8,%7,"%6"

and I save the file as a CSV. I have tried it both ways where either 1) I have a blank line underneath that expression, or 2) check the "Add CRLF after last line" box.
