Hi everyone smile

Is it possible to run 2 processes in multitask ?

For example,
At t(0) : "X Process" receives a big file.
At t(1) : "Y Process" receives a small file.
At t(2) : "X Process" finishes.

Currently :
"Y Process" starts to work at t(2) when "X Process" finished.

And I would like :
"Y Process" starts to work at t(1) when it received his work file.
So, "Y Process" works while "X Process" works.

Thanks

Hi Carlo,

If I understood you correctly, then you could create an empty flag file on each process and name them accordingly, like Xprocess.go and Yprocess.go. This way you can kick off any process you want first by name of the file.

I hope this helps.

In english :
Hello, I'm having trouble understanding your answer.
In my PP Production, I have about ten processes.
Often, I receive large PDF files to process.
When this happens, one of the processes does its job for several hours.
Meanwhile, nothing happens if I receive files that concern other processes.
This doesn't bother me particularly, but I need to have a small process that can be triggered at any time (even when long work is in progress in another process).
This will allow me to produce small PDF files at any time.

You can set any process triggered at any time by double clicking on the process and select below settings:

Active
As soon as Possible
Pulling Interval (4) this will run every 4 seconds
