Eduardo Campos OL Newbie Registered: 11/10/11 Posts: 3	Hi, I'm trying to import a Tiff File into Designer.. When creating the image resource I receive the following Error: (EtiffError Unsupported compression tag, 8) Any ideas to resolve this issue? Thanks for your help.

cosimo OL Expert Registered: 10/31/01 Posts: 1286 Loc: montreal	Hello Eduardo, Please take a look at the Supported Image Formats. Perhaps the Tiff file you have is different than what we support. You would need to use any of the support formats or supported compressions. Thanks Cosimo

Yannick Fortin OL Expert Registered: 08/25/00 Posts: 354 Loc: Objectif Lune Montréal	The value 8 for TIFF compression maps to Deflate ('Adobe-style'), which is not supported. Please recompress the TIFF to another format (see Cosimo's list for details) or use PNG or JPG. _________________________ Yannick Fortin, Team OL
