RenéS OL Newbie Registered: 10/08/20 Posts: 2	One of our customers uses PrintShop Mail version 7.2.0 in combination with the USB license dongle. He has the following request: PrintShop Mail should be installed in a virtual Windows 10 environment. The users (only one user will work with it at a time) should then use the application via RDP. Currently the dongle is not recognized in this environment. What is needed to realize this?

RobertOtis OL User Registered: 08/26/13 Posts: 90 Loc: Montreal,Quebec	Dear René, in order for this to work you need to have a multi user dongle, and use the Print Shop mail net. for the multi user dongle you need to contact your Sales Rep
