Hi,

Until today, we had this font ta make special characters to identify when we need to change a postal container.

When this font is seleted, nothing appears like text.
With another font, all data are displayed.

I've try to unisntall font, reinstall some times, try to update W10, nothing.

PSM 7.2.11
W10

Thanks.

As far as I know font Zapf Dingbats only includes symbols but no text characters, so if you use it you cannot display useful text I think.

sometimes there are issues if you do not install the font for each user, and it also may help to restart the system afterwards.

Font has been installed for all users. There is only one user : Me.

Restart system has been done several times but no effect.

Font works with no issue with Excel and Word.
The problem comes only with PSM.

could you try with a different symbol font maybe?
I've tried with Wingdings and that worked well, but there are lots of other similar ones.

With other font, yes it works but some character required was present in Font Zapf like the triangle and square (s and n) and not with other font symbol or I don't find.

Zapf seems to not works with only variable @variable@

but it works with fixed text?
Where gets the variable filled?
Unfortunately I don't have this font here for testing, it seems to be a proprietary one, which needs to be payed for.

Hi,

I've tried to change the font symblo by "We Simple Shapes".
In PSM, it works well but when export this on Adobe Pro 2020, characters are displayed differently.

When typing characters directly on Adobe Pro 2020, there are well recognized.

I think that there is a problem when I try to export this character to Adobe.

For example, letter in PSM are "s" and "d". Font displayed a triangle and square which is normal but when exporting to Adobe displays "6" and "'". The font is changing by Adobe.
